The east coast’s “Mexican food” is appalling from what I’ve experienced. In fact, most of the food on the east coast is sub-par from what I’ve experienced. For this reason alone, I’ve been forced to quickly ramp up my own cooking skills in an attempt to mitigate what was lost when I left California’s Bay Area.
