What is the best Bailu build? ›

Bailu has access to a signature Light Cone, which is named Time Waits for No One and is the best option for her. Time Waits for No One increases the wearer's maximum HP and Outgoing Healing, which in Bailu's case are both significantly boosting her healing power.

Her Skill healing is great, restoring health to multiple allies, and her passive ability to revive a fallen ally once per battle makes her a fantastic Abundance character to have. Bailu's major downside, however, is her lack of cleansing ability.

Bailu is the better of the two in Honkai Star Rail regarding healing. Natasha isn't a bad option, especially given that every player is guaranteed to get her. You can also build her up faster, unlocking her full potential. When fitted with the right pieces of equipment, she can carry on the healing process quite well.

Tapping into the voices from the community, it seems clear that Bailu's superior healing abilities give her an advantage in most battles. One player, bringbackcayde7, pointed out that 'Bailu heals a lot more than Lynx. ' Nonetheless, Lynx's cleanse ability could tip the scale depending on the situation.

Thankfully her max energy is only 100, which is really a small amount. Still I recommend using speed boots on her to be safe. Also , If you can't leave spare skill points for your sustain to use because your dps is Skill point heavy(Kafka, Seele, Qq, IL etc) , er rope is also a good choice.

Bailu could also get by with Quid Pro Quo.

Although this doesn't help Bailu's build, it doesn't cause any problems either. Post-Op Conversation and Cornucopia are also suitable replacements for Time Waits for No One since they both boost the Outgoing Healing of Bailu's UItimate.

Best Light Cones For Bailu

Just slightly less useful than the Post-Op Conversation Light Cone - mostly due to the sheer power of Bailu's ultimate - Shared Feeling provides a solid healing boost and regeneration boost whenever you use Bailu's restore skill.

i see… so currently only BaiLu can revive member. Eh, it's not that big of a deal, really. Besides, with her RNG healing, she ends up needing to revive thanks in large part due to that (thanks for healing my characters with full HP instead of the ones near death, woo!). I have Bailu, Gepard and E6 Natasha.

Heck, we can even argue that Gallagher is better than the standard 5-star Abundance character Bailu. Bailu provides bigger healing numbers and a free revive, sure, but the healing from her skill is RNG-dependent and her revive is honestly just a crutch that ideally should never get used anyway.
