A writer here at Bored Panda, I am a lover of good music, good food, and good company, which makes food-related topics and feel-good stories my favorite ones to cover. Passionate about traveling and concerts, I constantly seek occasions to visit places yet personally unexplored. I also enjoy spending free time outdoors, trying out different sports—even if I don’t look too graceful at it—or socializing over a cup of coffee.

The only "satisfying" cake smash video I've ever seen was one where the MOH immediately swooped in when the sh*tbag groom lifted the cake to the brides face and sucker punched him so hard he fell over. Justice for the bride!

As a man who had an abusive spouse, I wish I had the courage to do what you did. I stayed with my ex for seven years after being humiliated on our wedding day and the honeymoon. I told myself regularly that she would change. She didn't. The good news is she helped me hit an emotional bottom I needed to hit in order to be in enough pain to change. Happily in a relationship with fun and freedom today!!

'I never had any desire for vengeance, but I also knew he was never coming back into my life. ' Bianca, who is now divorced from Adam, was just 21 when she met her former husband on the dating app, Tinder in 2014.
Withdrawing emotionally and generally appearing distant could be signs your spouse is considering divorce. Avoiding affection, disengaging from conversations, and opting out of activities you used to enjoy together are all red flags. There's a term for this: walkaway wife syndrome. This term is sometimes used to describe instances where a spouse – often the wife – has felt alone, neglected, and resentful in a deteriorating marriage and decides it's time to end it.
They also suffer from regret, loneliness, disappointment, denial, and guilt. Such strong emotions often take a toll on their mental health. Men undergoing and even after their divorce are more likely to suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia (inability to sleep).

Research shows that mediation can be beneficial for emotional satisfaction, spousal relationships and children's needs. Sitting down and speaking with your soon-to-be-ex-spouse may be the last thing you want to do, but cooperation and communication make divorce healthier for everyone involved.
In a first ever, the couple featured in an episode of Don't Tell the Bride have failed to tie the knot. 3 weeks to sort it, a £14,000 budget, and televised – what could possibly go wrong? Plenty of contestants have said the words 'I'm not doing it' but have always come around.
The premise of the series surrounds couples being awarded money to fund their wedding ceremony; however, every aspect of the ceremony must be organised by the groom, with no contact with the bride.
