In the first season, Dragonflight was relevant to the Vault of the Incarnates raid. Raszageth the Storm-Eater only had 2% kills on Mythic difficulty. The final boss of Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible, Scalecommander Sarkareth, was also killed by only 2% of players. In the third season of Dragonflight, the situation became even more complicated. Fyrakk the Blazing in the mythic mode of Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope, was killed by only 1% of players.

Why do we need a fresh cooldown for the Mythic raid in World of Warcraft, and are there any differences from other difficulties?
