Ground Beef In Air Fryer
A few years now I was perfecting my air fryer lasagne recipe. I wanted to make the best lasagne in the air fryer and make it much easier and cheaper to make compared to baking lasagne in the oven.
Around the same time, I made my first air fryer taco pie.
Two different recipe styles, but both recipes that required lots of ground beef, or as us Brits call it, minced beef.
I decided to do things a little different and see what ground beef cooked in the air fryer on its own would be like.
I cooked the ground beef, and it was amazing and realised, I was onto a great idea for something different compared to the usual air fryer frozen French fries or air fryer baked potatoes that most people wanted to know how to air fry.
A few years later, I still love air frying ground beef and it is fantastic for a quick recipe go to. Or if you only have frozen, then doing our defrost mince in the microwave recipe first.
