As the old post mysteriously vanished without an explanation, I decided to put this up again.
It’s time that summoners who are sick of getting nothing but t6cc shards in the Raid chests while the summoner next to them is getting all the juicy rewards let Kabam know that the rewards are not suitable.
What I would also like to see is drop rate info for the aforementioned chests.
I’ve dropped support a ticket to see if they can help with my query re: drop rates.

Yeah well I got replies on my last thread that I couldn’t read. I’d understand if a mod dropped in and announced the thread was closing but to silently delete it feels like a shadow nerf haha, and everyone knows how I feel about those.

So you want to flood Support with tickets because you think you're owed the drop rates for raid chests? You want to cause a log jam of pointless tickets because you're tired of getting something that is supposed to be in the chest to begin with?
Hope your forum account and in game account get banned.
Just like the chest drop rates, neither mods or guardians have to tell you why a post is deleted. But it goes under non-constructive.

I understand the sentiment, but absolutely do not do this. Support deals with time sensitive and important issues, do not bog them down with things they cannot help with.

This week's raid, I got 2k titan then 2k titan then tech shards. Damn these t6cc shards, that's all I seem to get!!! Lol

Drop rates won't make a difference. We all know there's a good chance we get the t6cc shards. If something else is pulled, it won't change your perception on the chests being what they are...a gamble. If you go 4 or 5 raids and pull the 20k titan shards, would the 720-900 tickets you spent have been worth it? That cost is cut in half if you run Map 8, so it's what, 16k glory in total?
I can't speak for anyone else, but a week off from the AQ grind where I'm not seeing "move up", "AQ started, let's join", "2 hours left, and the constant poke messages is worth the 180 ticket cost. The chests/end of AQ rewards are just a bonus.

This is peak entitleness lol. This is the same thing as something like "Are you tired of not getting the new featured Champ from special Crystals? Submit a ticket!"
You'd be on to something if there were mass reports of players ONLY getting T6cc from the raids chests, but the fact is, it's all chance. There are tons of people who DO get 7*/Titan Shards from those chests, so the system is working. Just like buying the crystals with units that give chances at specific characters. You may not get one, but that's not going to mean that someone in your alliance won't.

There's a officer in my BGs that pokes us nearly every hour when the timer refreshes. We've never not finished AQ or where it came down to the very end. We're always 5 hours or more done before the end. I wish they'd remove the Poke feature.

This is absolutely not the way to express your discontent, and will only result in you being banned from getting help from our Support team in the future due to abuse of the Support Systems.
You've expressed your displeasure here, and it's been noted, but again, that does not mean things will change just because you don't like them. The randomness is a part of the reward structure, and one that was done with purpose. Removing the randomness might raise the floor on the rewards, but it will absolutely lower the ceiling as well. This game was built with RNG in mind, and our reward systems reflect that.
